Oh yea thats right...I am doing a TWO-A-DAYS (working out TWICE in ONE day). Determination. I WILL be ready for that bikini(s) I just bought today!
Now lets be for real my two-a-days aren't like a football players two-a-days. Mine consist of running on the treadmill today by myself and then again tonight with Patrick! I have to thank Lauren Conrad for putting up some workout/meal plans on her website. I have taken a liking to her intervals workout that she suggested which is running for 1 minute and walking for one minute and 30 seconds, and I do this for 30 minutes (Doesn't sound like much but it kills me and you've gotta start somewhere). And today I flipped it around to get a better workout. I walked for 1 minute and ran for a minute and 30. I did this for 45 minutes today, and I am going to do that again tonight! It is actually really easy and the time flies by! Katy and Jordan you guys should be soooo proud of me! Who would have thought I would have enjoyed working out! I have to share this picture with you guys... I think it is hilarious and yet so true.

Cute bathing suits...You go girl. I do my treadmill everyday. The second picture you posted doesn't show up...
