What we thought was going to be nice peaceful weekend started out by being quite stressful. On Friday afternoon our realtor contacted me and told me that there was a house available that I would like and that I should go see it. I got off work at 3:30 and got to the house at 4 only to find out that it went on the market at 12 that day and by the time I got there 6 people had already looked at it! I knew immediately that this is the house that we needed to put an offer on right away. I left and called Patrick and suddenly became VERY frustrated! For someone who was all gung-ho on me going to look at it suddenly became very scared when I said we need to put an offer on it. Talk about being frustrated! This is the home that we had decided that we were going to build and why not take it now and save us the headache of building right? Well Patrick didn't really agree until.... 7 a.m. the next morning I get a text and he tells me he thought about it all night and that I was RIGHT (aren't I always? yes.) and that we needed to put an offer on it right away. Well lets just say his decision was ONE day too late! That damn house wasn't even on the market HALF A FREAKIN DAY and already sold! So now we are back to square one. building. And I have officially started designing my own home and can't wait to see the finished product! Now I know we live far away from our friends and family, but y'all are most definitely gonna wanna come out to good old West Texas to see this masterpiece!
See below for a sneak peek of our new house to come!
Now I know you guys may think YEA RIGHT but I think I most certainly deserve it! I mean why not build what you want the first time right? YES!
Onto the rest of our weekend! Patrick got off of work early on Saturday so we were able to have a date night...with a third wheel (Ryan :) ) We all went to go have hibachi at Osaka! Yummy!! Then we went to see what to expect when you're expecting which was freaking hilarious!

I loved it and it made me want kids EVEN more! Give me 7 months and I will be there (just don't tell Patrick...I don't think he's diggin that idea quite yet)! Then we went to have snow cones! And I got peach and red raspberry and my mouth was all red. And to top it off when we got home and got out of the car I was still eating it while we were walking to our apartment and our neighbors were out and wanted to chat. great. First time meeting some of them and I looked like a 12 year old eating my damn snow cone with red teeth. Awesome first impression right? At first I didn't think it was that bad considering it was dark out and they probably couldn't really see, BUT then we kinda got pressured into going into this guys house to hangout with them and have a beer. Now you know for sure they saw my red teeth. Embarrassing! And then the night got even weirder when the guy kept telling us that his door was always open and that we can come in anytime and if I am correct I think his exact words were "even if I am not home come on in and watch tv". And I am pretty sure Patrick's words when went back to our apartment were "now why in the hell would we go walk into his house and watch tv when we could walk up three flights of stairs and watch our own damn tv". I totally have to agree with Patrick! That guy was a total creep and he keeps trying to make plans to hang out with us! Can someone say swinger or what?!? I have never had someone try to hangout with us so much its weird.
Today Patrick FINALLY took me to see The Lucky One! I sure did love it. I mean who wouldn't love a movie with Zac Efron in it? He is a total sex machine (although Patrick you are of course a million times sexier)!
Looking forward to this week at school because we have a field trip on Friday! yay yaaa and then Monday off! Whoop!
T-minus 9 1/2 days until school. is. out. for. the. summer. HOLLA!
